I'm a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience designing AI powered, SaaS, Health Care, Real Estate, and EdTech products. As the Founding Designer at Hello Mentor, I've owned end to end UI/UX for a marketing website, a SaaS platform serving NEET aspirants across India, a production grade conversational AI experience, and the company's Version 2.0 product transformation. I turn complex business challenges into intuitive digital experiences through research, product strategy, interaction design, and scalable design systems.

When I joined Hello Mentor as the Founding Designer, the company was in the early stages of building digital products. My role was not just designing interfaces but building the entire design foundation across web and mobile. Across that time I've worked on multiple initiatives:

  • Owned product strategy and UX for a SaaS platform with 30+ features, running research with 50+ students and parents to drive a 60% increase in platform engagement.

  • Designed a conversational AI platform end to end, from problem framing and MVP strategy through user flows and high fidelity UI, driving 5,000+ sign ups in the first month and validating AI as a high performing acquisition channel.

  • Defined Hello Mentor's Version 2.0 product vision, modernizing the experience and establishing a scalable design system across web and mobile.

  • Established a data informed design process using Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for continuous behavior analysis, experimentation, and evidence based decisions.

  • Built structured developer handoff with component specs and documentation for consistent implementation across engineering.

  • Led the full redesign of Hello Mentor's digital presence from discovery to launch, contributing to a 2× increase in sales.

  • Scaled the design function by leading portfolio reviews, interviewing 30+ candidates, and onboarding and mentoring 2 designers.
