Hello Mentor Design System

Hello Mentor Design System

I initiated HMDS to address a deeper product problem: Hello Mentor needed a shared foundation for consistent web and mobile experiences as the product grew. The work moved beyond components into audit, strategy, token architecture, documentation, engineering alignment, governance, and a roadmap for adoption. Atlassian influenced the documentation methodology; HMDS remained an original system for Hello Mentor’s product needs.
