After the marketing website launched successfully, the next goal was to digitize the counselling experience.
Previously, Hello Mentor operated mostly offline, where students had to:
Visit the office
Book appointments
Attend counselling sessions
The goal of this project was to create a digital platform where students could access counselling tools online.
This led to the creation of the Hello Mentor Portal (Version 1.0).
Product Vision
The portal aimed to:
Reach more NEET aspirants across India
Provide self-service counselling tools
Combine automation with mentorship
Introduce a scalable business model
The Story
The lack of existing platforms to streamline the complex NEET counseling process makes the us interested in designing an all-in-one portal that simplifies college selection, document preparation, and seat allocation for aspirants.
